Their first report, Canada’ Colour-Coded Labour Market: The gap for racialized workers, is considered a classic and has been cited more than 300 times by academic authors.
By exploring the topic from different angles, the authors paint a rich portrait of Canada’s labour market and the differential outcomes experienced by racialized workers, savers, and retirees.
