While not an official part of the Government of Nunavut’s educational system, Nunavut Sivuniksavut (NS), a unique school located in Ottawa, has become one of the flagship programs serving young Inuit. This chapter is from Our Schools/Our Selves Summer 2011 The Voice of Nunavut: Learning from the Eastern Arctic’s education challenges.
