Orly Linovski (RPP, MCIP) is an Associate Professor in the Department of City Planning at the University of Manitoba. Her research focuses on transportation equity in planning processes. Her work has been published widely, including in the Journal of Urban Affairs, Transportation Research Part A, and Journal of Planning Education and Research.
