Researcher

Carolina Aragão is a researcher at the Ontario office of the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives. Trained as an economist and demographer, she has worked in applied research and policy in various corners of the world.

Before arriving in Canada, she worked as a researcher at the Pew Research Center in Washington, D.C., and as a project officer for the Brazilian bureau of the International Labour Organization.

Carolina holds a PhD in sociology with a specialization in demography from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in economics from the University of Brasília. You can follow her on LinkedIn or email her at [email protected]
